About the role#
This is a paid, full-time student worker position in food service and catering for the Summer 2026 term. You will work on-site at California State University, Dominguez Hills.
What you'll do#
- Assist with food preparation and service tasks.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all work areas.
- Stock food and necessary supplies to ensure service continuity.
- Interact with customers, providing information and responding to inquiries.
- Support the setup and execution of catering events.
What you'll need#
- Strong customer service and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to follow established safety and sanitation procedures.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques.
- Effective time management skills.
- This role is open to students majoring in Business Administration, Nutrition, Civil Engineering, or Public Health.
