About the role#
This is a full-time, paid student worker lead position based at the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) University Center for the Summer 2026 term. This role focuses on supervising student staff and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.
What you'll do#
- Oversee the daily operations of student workers.
- Manage and coordinate staff shifts.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to team members.
- Handle various administrative tasks.
- Compile and prepare reports regarding team performance.

- Current enrollment in a degree program such as Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or Human Resources.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team.
