About the role#
This is a paid, full-time student worker lead position based at the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) University Center for the Summer 2026 term. This on-site role focuses on operational oversight and team coordination.
What you'll do#
- Oversee the daily operations of student workers.
- Schedule and coordinate staff shifts.
- Provide training and ongoing support to team members.
- Assist with various administrative tasks.
- Prepare reports regarding team performance.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program such as Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or Human Resources.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team.
