Internships do not live in one place. They are scattered across thousands of company career pages, posted whenever a team happens to have headcount, and taken down just as quietly. In a market this competitive you want to be applying to as many as you can, and there was no realistic way to keep up with all of them.
None of the existing job search platforms were built for students. They all only cared about mid to senior-level positions, where they can make the most money. We were a group of students who found that genuinely frustrating.
So we built the first student-only job board. Today, we monitor more than 200,000 company career sites every 15 minutes to find the latest opportunities, and we deliberately filter out anything that is not a student role.
Everything we learned getting our own offers went into the platform: knowing about a role the day it opens, getting past the filters, and reaching the person doing the hiring. The point is to make internship search more accessible and readily available to all students.
