About the role#
This is a paid student worker position within the catering and food service department at the University of Delaware for the Summer 2026 term. This is an on-site role requiring a student who is currently enrolled at the university.
What you'll do#
- Assist with daily food preparation and catering service tasks.
- Set up and break down food service lines for various events.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all food service areas.
- Provide customer service to students and staff.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a student at the University of Delaware.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines.
