About the role#
This is a one-year, full-time post-graduate training program designed to prepare recent college graduates for management positions within the Rooms & Lodging division. You will work on-site at the resort to learn operations and transition into a leadership role.
What you'll do#
For the first nine months, you will rotate through core departments to learn resort logistics and strategy. You will gain experience in the following areas:
- Front Desk: Guest relations and front-of-house operations.
- Reservations: Booking systems and revenue strategies.
- Guest Services: High-touch service delivery.
- Housekeeping: Property standards and team management.
- Laundry: Inventory management and high-volume logistics.
During the final three months, you will serve as a Floating Supervisor. You will manage teams, resolve complex guest situations, and lead shifts across the Rooms Division to provide supervisory support where it is needed most.
What you'll need#
- A degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
- A genuine interest in the hospitality industry and a drive to lead others.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and clear communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background investigation and a drug screen.
