About the role#
This is a full-time, paid Culinary Supervisor Intern position for Summer 2026. You will work on-site in Lincoln, Nebraska, gaining hands-on experience in kitchen management and hospitality operations.
What you'll do#
- Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate daily food preparation.
- Ensure all food quality and presentation meet company standards.
- Assist with inventory control and the ordering of kitchen supplies.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen.
- Train new staff members on established kitchen procedures.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a culinary program or a related field of study (Civil Engineering students are also eligible).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a busy kitchen environment.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- A willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
