About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2026. You will gain hands-on experience in culinary operations and staff management.
What you'll do#
- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure food quality.
- Assist with menu planning and inventory management.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
- Train new culinary staff.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards.
What you'll need#
- Previous experience in a culinary setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Understanding of food safety regulations.
- Ability to work in a high-volume environment.
- Open to students pursuing degrees in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Cybersecurity, Nutrition, or Kinesiology.
