This is a paid, full-time Culinary Supervisor Intern position for the Summer 2026 term. This role is based on-site in Lincoln, Nebraska.
What you'll do#
- Supervise kitchen staff to ensure consistent food quality.
- Assist with menu planning and inventory management tasks.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen.
- Train incoming culinary staff members.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all food safety standards.
What you'll need#
- Previous experience in a culinary setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment.
- Open to students pursuing degrees in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Cybersecurity, Nutrition, or Kinesiology.
