About the role#
This student worker position supports food service and catering operations at the University of Delaware. This is a paid, on-site role available for the Summer 2026 term.
What you'll do#
- Assist with food preparation and the service of meals.
- Support catering events as required.
- Interact with customers to provide high-quality service.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of work areas and kitchen equipment.
- Adhere to all established safety and sanitation procedures.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a student at the University of Delaware.
- Ability to work effectively in a busy environment.
- Strong customer service skills.
- A flexible schedule to accommodate various shifts.
- Previous experience in food service is preferred.
- Open to students majoring in Business Administration, Nutrition, Civil Engineering, Psychology, or Communications.
