About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship position for the Summer 2026 term. As a Student Dining Ambassador at Cleveland State University, you will support daily operations within university dining facilities.
What you'll do#
- Assist in food service operations across dining facilities.
- Engage with students to promote available dining options.
- Provide support to dining staff during high-traffic peak times.
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization throughout dining areas.
- Collect and document customer feedback to help enhance dining services.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Nutrition, Civil Engineering, Public Health, or Psychology.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with diverse groups of people.
- Prior experience in customer service.
- Knowledge of food service operations.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
