Student Dining Ambassador - Cleveland State University Management Fee

About the role#

This is a full-time, paid internship position for the Summer 2026 term. As a Student Dining Ambassador at Cleveland State University, you will support daily operations within university dining facilities.

What you'll do#

• Assist in food service operations across dining facilities.
• Engage with students to promote available dining options.
• Provide support to dining staff during high-traffic peak times.
• Help maintain cleanliness and organization throughout dining areas.
• Collect and document customer feedback to help enhance dining services.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in a degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Nutrition, Civil Engineering, Public Health, or Psychology.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with diverse groups of people.
• Prior experience in customer service.
• Knowledge of food service operations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
