About the role#
This is a paid, full-time summer 2026 internship based on-site at Cleveland State University. The role supports dining operations and student engagement initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Assist in food service operations across university dining facilities.
- Promote dining options and engage directly with the student population.
- Provide operational support to dining staff during high-volume periods.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout dining areas.
- Collect and document customer feedback to help improve dining services.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in Business Administration, Nutrition, Civil Engineering, Public Health, or Psychology programs.
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with diverse groups of people.
- Familiarity with food service operations.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
