About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience in content creation, social media management, audience engagement, and campaign analytics. You will support the digital marketing team by maintaining a consistent brand voice and visual identity across various platforms.
What you'll do#
- Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and YouTube.
- Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Research industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media best practices.
- Collaborate with team members to develop engaging graphics, videos, and written posts.
- Track and report on performance metrics, including engagement, reach, and follower growth.
- Support the planning and execution of social media campaigns and marketing initiatives.
- Help organize and maintain content calendars and digital assets.
- Assist with influencer outreach and partnership opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and their best practices.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other content creation tools is preferred.
- Experience creating social media content for personal, academic, or organizational projects.
- Preferred skills include basic photography, videography, video editing, and knowledge of social media analytics tools.

- Duration: Typically 6 to 9 months.
- Commitment: Part-time (10 to 20 hours per week) or as determined by business needs.
