About the role#
We are looking for a Product Marketing Intern to support our Global Service team. You will help manage the product lifecycle, handle data analysis, and assist with marketing initiatives. This role is based in Fort Collins, Colorado, and requires on-site attendance.
What you'll do#
- Manage the discontinuance and obsolescence process for various product lines.
- Perform data analysis regarding component obsolescence and end of life considerations.
- Prepare regular reports on production and lifecycle data using Excel, PowerPoint, or Power BI.
- Assist with marketing releases, including collateral, email promotions, and trade show support.
- Help with new product intake and the setup of new part numbers.
- Cleanse data in SAP to support our transition to a next-generation ERP system.
- Update our online customer portal and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a university or community college, preferably pursuing a degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
- Experience with Smartsheet, SharePoint, and enterprise software.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Clear communication skills to present ideas persuasively.
- A collaborative mindset to assist in decision-making and team problem-solving.

- Compensation: $20 to $25 per hour.
