About the role#
Keysight Technologies is seeking a Product Marketing & Technical Content Intern to support the Network Visibility organization’s Packet Broker Division. This role focuses on translating technical product knowledge into clear, practical content that helps customers understand our solutions and enables sales teams to communicate their value.
You will work across product marketing, engineering, and sales teams to refresh existing materials and develop new assets. This position is a fit for students interested in the intersection of technology, marketing, and project management.
What you'll do#
- Review existing marketing materials to identify opportunities to refresh, consolidate, or repurpose content.
- Transform technical resources into sales enablement assets, including competitive battlecards, product overviews, and solution briefs.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear content for both technical and business audiences.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand product capabilities, use cases, and differentiators.
- Research competitor products, messaging, and marketing materials to identify insights and messaging gaps.
- Use AI-assisted tools to brainstorm, draft, summarize, and streamline content and video production.
- Create short-form product videos, demonstrations, and instructional content.
- Manage project plans, content inventories, and review cycles to ensure materials are accurate and approved.
- Organize and maintain shared content repositories for field teams.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Technical Communication, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Interest in computer networking, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, data centers, or enterprise technology.
- Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Curiosity, initiative, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to engage with technical and business stakeholders and learn new AI-powered tools.
- Foundational knowledge of computer networking concepts is preferred.
- Experience with presentations, technical documentation, or competitive research is preferred.
- Familiarity with generative AI tools, video editing, or project management software is a plus.
