About the role#
This internship position focuses on global operations initiatives. You will work on capability and capacity planning, service readiness, and the deployment of new technologies. You will join a team that manages strategic projects from the initial concept through to final implementation.
What you'll do#
- Partner with Engineering, Service Operations, Supply Chain, Calibration, Metrology, IT, and Product Support teams.
- Coordinate global initiatives by tracking milestones, managing project risks, and driving execution across regions.
- Apply AI, data analytics, and automation to improve operational performance and forecasting.
- Analyze business and engineering data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
- Support deployment readiness for new products and service capabilities.
- Create dashboards, reports, and presentations to share project status and insights with leadership.
- Own specific project workstreams, facilitate discussions, and drive tasks to completion.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or Metrology.
- Interest in AI, machine learning, digital transformation, or operations management.
- Experience with data analysis tools like Python, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into business insights.
- Leadership experience from student organizations, academic projects, or previous internships.
- Communication skills for working across global and cross-functional teams.
- Exposure to electronics, test and measurement, semiconductors, or data center technologies is helpful.
