About the role#
This is a paid, full-time student worker position for Summer 2026. You will serve as a liaison between Aramark and the student body at La Salle University, focusing on peer-to-peer marketing, campus dining promotional events, and health and wellness initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Act as a primary point of contact for student groups and coordinate marketing schedules with university events.
- Conduct student surveys and focus groups to identify student trends, needs, and habits.
- Develop relationships with outside vendors to manage pricing and print requirements for promotional materials.
- Create drafts for brochures, flyers, signage, and digital communications.
- Update the campus dining website with current information on menus, locations, and hours of operation.
- Interact with guests at marketing events, including meal plan sign-ups, theme dinners, and health events.
- Present information to customers at orientations, open houses, and club meetings.
- Distribute and maintain marketing materials across dining locations.
What you'll need#
- Must be a current student at La Salle University majoring in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong leadership, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to lift at least 10 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, or lifting.
- Willingness to wear uniforms or Personal Protective Equipment as required.
