    About the role#

    This internship sits within the Sports Marketing department. You will assist with the planning, execution, and breakdown of the 2026 Hilton Grand Vacations Tournament of Champions. This event is the season opener for the LPGA Tour and features past winners alongside sports and entertainment celebrities. You will help prepare for the event in the weeks leading up to it, support operations during the tournament, and assist with the cleanup process for two weeks afterward.

    What you'll do#

    • Learn the processes for hosting a large scale event.
    • Organize and distribute tournament credentials.
    • Greet tournament sponsors at their host resort.
    • Manage the event attendee list.
    • Interact with athletes and celebrities in a professional manner.
    • Handle setup and breakdown for the golf course and concert venue.
    • Attend tournament week events as directed.
    • Support the team with other assigned tasks related to the tournament.

    What you'll need#

    • High School Diploma or GED.
    • Experience with PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to communicate clearly in writing and speech.
    • Capacity to multitask and manage competing priorities.
    • Ability to travel.
    • Current undergraduate student in Marketing or Business Administration.

    • This is a paid, full-time internship with a rolling term.
