About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship for Summer 2027. You will gain hands-on experience in customer service, vendor management, and market operations. The role provides exposure to leadership development and the fundamentals of the General Manager position. You will work on-site to support our teams in driving profitability and success at the market level.
What you'll do#
- Facilitate guest move-ins and coordinate with clients, vendors, and property managers.
- Conduct property visits and inspect potential unit inventory.
- Perform final apartment inspections to verify cleanliness and ensure housewares are functional.
- Create property-specific move-in instructions.
- Maintain office and housewares inventory, including warehouse operations in some locations.
- Track key performance indicators to understand business operations.
- Drive within the local market to support inspections, move-ins, and other operational needs.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate or graduate student specializing in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Comfort working directly with clients, vendors, and property partners.
- An enthusiastic, organized, and creative approach to tasks.
- A valid driver's license, a dependable vehicle, and a clean driving record.
