About the role#
Urban Outfitters is hiring a Digital Marketing Intern for the summer of 2027. You will join our team to help execute and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, and TikTok. This role involves tracking performance, organizing campaign assets, and conducting research to support our marketing strategy. Depending on team needs, you may work within Ecommerce Optimization, CRM, or Web Analytics.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the setup, QA, and monitoring of paid digital campaigns across search, social, display, and affiliate channels.
- Organize creative assets and manage campaign trackers and calendars.
- Collect and analyze performance data including CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
- Research competitors and industry trends to find new acquisition opportunities.
- Prepare weekly performance reports and presentations for internal teams.
- Coordinate with creative, merchandising, and analytics departments to keep campaigns aligned.
- Document campaign processes and help maintain internal best practices.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills are required.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- You are comfortable working with data and performance metrics.
- A clear communication style and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or GA4 is a plus.

- This is a paid, full-time, on-site internship based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
- The program runs from June 7, 2027, through August 13, 2027.
