About the role#
FP Movement is looking for a Wholesale Intern to join the team for the summer. You will help provide customer service, meet deadlines, and assist with customer requests. This is a paid, full-time internship program designed to provide hands-on experience and exposure to various business areas through company initiatives and leadership interaction.
What you'll do#
- Enter orders accurately and on time to meet customer requests.
- Perform order maintenance for both new and existing accounts.
- Lead communication across teams including Credit, Customer Service, Transportation, and the Fulfillment Center.
- Manage the flow of orders through allocations to fulfillment centers.
- Assist with setting up new accounts in ERP and B2B systems.
- Support the team during busy periods such as end of month or after wholesale shows.
What you'll need#
- Demonstrated excellence in retail customer service and advocacy.
- Ability to communicate in a proactive, effective, and positive manner.
- Strong team leadership skills.
- Professional and respectful conduct with internal teams and external customers.
- An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field is a plus but not required.
- A Trend Concept Board (3 to 5 trends for the Fall 2027 season) submitted as a PDF at the time of application.

- This role is based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
- The internship is on-site and runs from June 7, 2027, through August 13, 2027.
