About the role#
This is a paid, full-time summer 2026 position based in Mineola, New York. We are looking for students interested in food service and catering operations. This role is open to students pursuing degrees in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Nutrition, Public Health, or Kinesiology.
What you'll do#
You will help prepare and distribute food for students. Your daily tasks include cleaning dining areas, stocking supplies, and assisting with catering events. You will provide service to students and ensure the dining environment stays clean and organized.
What you'll need#
Success in this role requires you to follow safety and sanitation procedures at all times. You should be comfortable working as part of a team to serve food and maintain a clean workspace. We look for individuals who can assist with food preparation and provide helpful service to students.

This role is located on-site in Mineola, NY. It is a full-time, paid internship for the summer of 2026.
