About the role#
This is a paid, full-time student worker position for the Summer 2026 term at California State University, Sacramento. This role focuses on supporting food service and catering operations.
What you'll do#
- Assist with food preparation and serving.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in dining areas.
- Manage food inventory levels.
- Provide support during catering events.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program, including majors such as Nutrition, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Psychology, Communications, or Human Resources.
- Ability to follow established food safety practices.
- Strong communication skills and previous customer service experience.
- Availability to work flexible hours.
- Ability to work effectively in a busy environment.
