About the role#
As a Marketing & PR Intern at Nemacolin, you will gain practical experience by working alongside our marketing, brand, and public relations professionals. This paid, 12-week internship focuses on campaigns, promotions, communications, and creative development. You will build your professional portfolio while contributing to projects that shape how guests and associates experience the resort.
What you'll do#
- Support advertising campaigns, resort promotions, and brand initiatives.
- Maintain a consistent brand presence through collateral, signage, and communications.
- Provide marketing support for sales collateral, group communications, and print or digital materials.
- Develop engaging communications through internal collateral, promotional materials, and PR initiatives.
- Proofread materials and conduct research to ensure quality and brand standards.
- Support marketing operations through project coordination and administrative tasks.
- Collaborate across marketing, brand, public relations, sales, and other resort teams.
- Complete an experiential project that connects your academic learning to a real-world marketing objective.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma.
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, hospitality management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.
- Ability to lift, move, and place items up to 30 pounds.
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
- Commitment to a consecutive 12-week, full-time internship.
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Continuous authorization to work in the U.S. for the duration of the internship.
- Previous luxury hospitality experience is preferred.

- This role is based on-site in Farmington, Pennsylvania.
- This is a full-time, paid position for Summer 2027.
