Student Worker - Food Service or Catering - University of New Mexico

About the role#

This is a part-time, paid student worker position within the dining services team at the University of New Mexico. This role supports food service and catering operations during the Summer 2026 term.

What you'll do#

• Assist with food preparation and service in the dining hall.
• Maintain the cleanliness of dining areas and kitchen equipment.
• Provide customer service to students and faculty members.
• Support catering events as required.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain dining operations.

What you'll need#

• Must be a currently enrolled student at the University of New Mexico.
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a high-volume environment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• This role is open to students across various majors, including Nutrition, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Nursing, and Communications.
