About the role#
We are looking for a Student Worker Lead to oversee operations at the Freshens retail dining location at Purdue University. This position is for the Summer 2026 term and requires on-site work.
What you'll do#
- Lead a team of student workers to keep the location running smoothly.
- Manage cash transactions and operate the register.
- Train new staff members on standard operating procedures.
- Keep the dining area clean and organized.
- Focus on providing high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction.
What you'll need#
- You must be a current student at Purdue University.
- Experience or ability to lead and supervise a team.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
- Majors in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications are preferred.

- West Lafayette, Indiana.
- This is a paid, part-time position.
