About the role#
This is a student worker leadership position at the Freshens retail dining location at Purdue University. You will oversee daily operations and guide a team of student staff during the Summer 2026 term.
What you'll do#
- Supervise and lead a team of student workers.
- Train new staff on standard operating procedures.
- Manage cash transactions and operate the register.
- Ensure high-quality service to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Keep the dining area clean and organized.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a student at Purdue University.
- Experience or ability to lead and supervise a team.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Capability to work in a busy environment.
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
