About the role#
This position involves leading a team of student workers at the Freshens retail dining location at Purdue University. This is a paid, on-site role for the Summer 2026 term.
What you'll do#
- Supervise and lead student staff members.
- Train new employees on standard operating procedures.
- Provide high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage cash register operations and handle transactions.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a student at Purdue University.
- Experience or ability to lead and supervise a team.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a busy environment.
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications.
