About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience in concessions operations at Kauffman Stadium. You will support the daily functions of the department while learning how a large-scale food service operation runs during the summer season.
What you'll do#
- Assist with daily concessions operations.
- Help manage inventory levels and stock.
- Maintain clean and organized food service areas.
- Interact with guests to address their needs and answer questions.
- Provide service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications.
- Experience in customer service roles.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
