About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2026 based at Kauffman Stadium in Kansas City, Missouri. You will support the concessions department in delivering service to guests throughout the facility.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the daily operations of the concessions department.
- Monitor inventory levels and support stock management tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization across all food service areas.
- Interact with guests to address needs and concerns while ensuring high service standards.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications.
- Prior experience in customer service.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
