About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2026 at Kauffman Stadium. You will support the concessions department in daily operations and help ensure a positive experience for guests.
What you'll do#
- Assist with daily concessions department operations.
- Provide service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and support stock management tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization across food service areas.
- Interact with guests to address their needs and concerns.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications.
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a busy environment.
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends.
