About the role#
This is a paid, full-time student worker position supporting dining and catering operations at the University of Alabama. This role is available for the Summer 2026 term and requires on-site attendance in Tuscaloosa, AL.
What you'll do#
- Assist with food preparation and the serving of meals.
- Support the setup and execution of catering events.
- Maintain cleanliness and order within dining areas.
- Provide customer service to students and guests.
- Adhere to all established safety and sanitation procedures.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program, with a preference for majors in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Civil Engineering.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- A detail-oriented approach to tasks.
- Ability to work effectively in a busy environment.
