About the role#
This is a paid, full-time student worker position as a Barista at Crimson Perk within the IUP Crimson Cafe. The role is on-site in Indiana, Pennsylvania, for the Summer 2026 term. Students from all majors, including Business Administration, Communications, Civil Engineering, Graphic Design, and Psychology, are encouraged to apply.
What you'll do#
- Prepare and serve coffee and various beverages.
- Assist with food preparation tasks.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cafe.
- Handle cash and process customer transactions.
- Provide customer service to cafe patrons.

- Prior experience in food preparation or service.
