About the role#
This is a full-time, paid Student Worker Lead position for the Summer 2026 term. You will work on-site at West Chester University, providing leadership and support to the student staff team.
What you'll do#
- Supervise student staff members on campus.
- Manage and assist with shift scheduling.
- Provide training and onboarding for new student workers.
- Ensure all team activities comply with university policies.
- Act as a primary point of contact for student inquiries and support.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or Psychology.
- Proven ability to lead and train fellow students.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience managing schedules.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Previous customer service experience.
