About the role#
This is a full-time, paid student worker lead position for the Summer 2026 term. You will be responsible for overseeing student staff operations on campus, ensuring that university policies are followed, and acting as a primary point of contact for student inquiries.
What you'll do#
- Supervise student staff members on campus.
- Assist with the creation and management of shift schedules.
- Lead training sessions for new student workers.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to the student team.
- Ensure all operations remain in compliance with university policies.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program related to Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or Psychology.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and mentor fellow students.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
- Capability to manage schedules and coordinate tasks effectively.
