About the role#
This is a paid, full-time HR internship focused on the corrections sector. The position is based on-site in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, for the Summer 2026 term.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the recruitment process by screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Help maintain employee records and documentation.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives.
- Research best practices in HR and the corrections field.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational skills.
- Genuine interest in the human resources and corrections field.
