About the role#
This is a paid student worker position based at the SCCC Babylon Student Center for the Summer 2026 term. This role supports food service and catering operations on-site.
What you'll do#
- Assist in daily food service operations and support catering events.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout work areas.
- Provide support to team members during busy service hours.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations.
What you'll need#
- Previous experience in food preparation.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a busy environment.
- High attention to detail.
- This position is open to students pursuing majors in Nutrition, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Human Resources, or Public Health.
