About the role#
This is a paid, full-time student worker position as a Barista at the Mississippi State University Starbucks location for the Summer 2026 term. This role requires on-site attendance.
What you'll do#
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages and food items.
- Assist customers with orders and provide excellent service.
- Operate the cash register.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
What you'll need#
- Previous experience with cash handling and coffee preparation.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
- This position is open to students pursuing majors in Business Administration, Nutrition, Civil Engineering, or Psychology.
