About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship for Summer 2026 based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The role focuses on supporting training and development initiatives within correctional facilities.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the training and development of new staff members.
- Provide support to correctional facility staff to ensure effective program delivery.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
- Document and report incidents as required.
- Collaborate with teams to maintain operational standards.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a relevant degree program, specifically Criminal Justice.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Familiarity with correctional system procedures.
- Previous experience in direct care or corrections is preferred.
