This is a paid, full-time internship for Summer 2026 based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. You will work on-site to support the training and development of staff within correctional facilities.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the training and development of new staff members.
- Provide operational support to correctional facility staff.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure programs are delivered effectively.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
- Document and report incidents as required.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a relevant degree program, specifically Criminal Justice.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Familiarity with correctional system procedures.
- Experience in direct care or corrections is preferred.
