About the role#

This is a paid, full-time summer 2026 internship opportunity located on-site in Columbia, South Carolina. The position is open to students pursuing degrees in Business Administration, Nutrition, Civil Engineering, Human Resources, or Psychology.

What you'll do#

Assist with food preparation and the service of meals.
Support the setup and breakdown of catering events.
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout all work areas.
Ensure all food safety standards and protocols are followed.
Provide customer service to guests and staff.

What you'll need#

Prior experience in food service or catering.
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
High attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a busy environment.
