About the role#
This is a paid, part-time student worker position supporting food service and catering operations at the University of Tennessee. This role is available for the Summer 2026 term and requires on-site attendance in Knoxville.
What you'll do#
- Assist with food preparation and service for a variety of catered events.
- Set up and break down event spaces and catering equipment.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout food service areas.
- Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service.
What you'll need#
- Must be a currently enrolled student at the University of Tennessee.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a busy environment.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration, Communications, or Marketing.
