About the role#
This is a full-time, paid Summer 2026 Culinary Internship based on-site in Tampa, Florida. This position is open to students pursuing degrees in Civil Engineering, Biology, Nursing, Public Health, or Chemistry.
What you'll do#
- Assist chefs with daily food preparation tasks.
- Follow established recipes and presentation specifications to ensure consistency.
- Support kitchen staff throughout service hours.
- Participate in inventory management processes.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization within the kitchen environment.
What you'll need#
- A genuine passion for the culinary arts.
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food-related role.
- Working knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
