About the role#
This is a paid, full-time student worker position as a Barista at the Crimson Cafe, located at IUP. This role is available for the Summer 2026 term.
What you'll do#
- Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages.
- Assist customers with orders and handle cash register transactions.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the cafe area.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
What you'll need#
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to work as a team player.
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation.
- Ability to work flexible hours in a busy environment.
- Open to students majoring in Business Administration, Psychology, or Communications.
