About the role#
We are hiring a student worker to join the team at the Crimson Cafe at IUP. This position is a paid, full-time role for the Summer 2026 term. You will work on-site in Indiana, Pennsylvania.
What you'll do#
- Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages.
- Handle cash register transactions for customers.
- Assist customers with their orders.
- Keep the cafe area clean.
- Follow health and safety regulations.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or Communications.
- You have basic knowledge of coffee preparation.
- You possess strong customer service skills and work well as a team player.
- You can work flexible hours.
- You are comfortable working in a busy environment.
