About the role#

This is a paid, full-time student worker position as a Barista at the UTSA Starbucks location for the Summer 2026 term. This role is strictly on-site in San Antonio, Texas.

What you'll do#

Prepare and serve coffee and related beverages.
Assist customers with their orders and handle cash transactions efficiently.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area.
Follow all established health and safety regulations.

What you'll need#

Current enrollment in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications programs.
Strong customer service skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Basic cash handling skills.
Knowledge of food safety standards.
Ability to manage tasks in a busy environment.
