About the role#
We are hiring a Student Worker Lead for the Summer 2026 term. This is a full-time, paid, on-site position based in Orlando, Florida. You will help manage our student staff and ensure operations run smoothly.
What you'll do#
- Supervise student workers.
- Coordinate daily schedules and task assignments.
- Assist with new hire training and the onboarding process.
- Support both students and staff to keep the work environment positive.

- Current enrollment in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or Communications.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
