This is a paid, full-time student worker position for the Summer 2026 term. You will support operations at the University of Tennessee Starbucks location.
What you'll do#
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages and food items.
- Assist customers with menu selections and inquiries.
- Process cash and electronic financial transactions.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the workspace throughout your shift.
What you'll need#
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to manage tasks effectively in a busy environment.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques is preferred.
- Prior experience as a barista is considered a plus.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or Sociology.
