About the role#
This is a full-time, paid student worker position for Summer 2026. You will work on-site at the University of Tennessee Starbucks location.
What you'll do#
- Prepare and serve coffee, other beverages, and food items.
- Help customers choose from the menu.
- Process cash and card payments.
- Keep the workspace clean and organized throughout your shift.
What you'll need#
- Experience in customer service.
- Ability to work effectively when the shop is busy.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques.
- Prior experience as a barista is preferred.
- We are looking for students majoring in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or Sociology.
