About the role#
This is a paid, part-time student worker position for Summer 2026. The role focuses on food service and catering operations at the University at Albany.
What you'll do#
- Assist with food preparation and the service of meals to guests.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all work areas.
- Ensure all tasks comply with established health and safety regulations.
- Provide customer service to guests throughout the facility.
What you'll need#
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in food service or catering is preferred.
- Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene practices.
- This position is open to students pursuing degrees in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Health Administration, or Nutrition.
