About the role#
This is a paid, full-time residential student worker position in food service or catering for the Summer 2026 term. This role is open to students pursuing majors in Nutrition, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Psychology, or Communications.
What you'll do#
- Prepare and build food items following standardized recipes and directions.
- Set up workstations, including prep tables, service counters, hot wells, and steam tables.
- Serve food to customers, replenish stock, and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Break down, clean, and sanitize workstations after service.
- Store food properly in accordance with company standards.
- Maintain a positive demeanor while interacting with guests and co-workers.
- Adhere to safety and sanitation policies and ensure the security of company assets.
What you'll need#
- Demonstrated guest service skills.
- Ability to obtain or hold a food safety certification.
- Previous food service experience is preferred.
- Ability to meet physical demands, which may include lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of standing or walking.
- Willingness to wear a uniform or use Personal Protective Equipment as required.
