About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship position for Summer 2026 located in Buffalo, New York. This on-site role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in hospitality and food service operations.
What you'll do#
- Assist with daily food service operations and support the team in food preparation and presentation.
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Nutrition, Public Health, or Health Administration.
- Strong communication skills and a team player mentality.
- Ability to work effectively in a busy environment.
- Detail-oriented and organized approach to tasks.
