About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship for Summer 2026 based in Lincoln, Nebraska. The Concessions Supervisor Intern supports the management of daily operations at the University of Nebraska concessions stands.
What you'll do#
- Assist in overseeing daily concessions operations.
- Train and supervise concessions staff.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Civil Engineering, or Marketing.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with cash handling and point-of-sale systems.
- Previous experience in concessions or food service is preferred.
