This is a full-time, paid summer internship for the 2026 season based in Lincoln, Nebraska. The Concessions Supervisor Intern supports the management team in overseeing daily operations at the University of Nebraska concessions facilities.
What you'll do#
- Assist in overseeing daily concessions operations.
- Train and supervise concessions staff.
- Ensure all operations comply with health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Provide customer service to guests.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in Business Administration, Human Resources, Civil Engineering, or Marketing programs.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with cash handling and point-of-sale systems.
- Previous experience in concessions or food service is preferred.
