About the role#
This is a paid, on-site student worker position for the Summer 2026 term. The role is open to students pursuing degrees in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Human Resources, Nursing, Public Health, or Kinesiology. Please note that sponsorship is not available for this role.
What you'll do#
- Prepare and build food items following standardized recipes and directions.
- Store food items properly in accordance with established standards.
- Set up, break down, clean, and sanitize workstations including prep tables, service counters, and hot wells.
- Serve food to customers while ensuring guest satisfaction and anticipating needs.
- Replenish food items to ensure appropriate stock levels.
- Maintain a positive demeanor and provide excellent service to guests, clients, and co-workers.
- Adhere to safety and sanitation policies and ensure the security of company assets.
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of walking or standing.
What you'll need#
- Demonstrated guest service skills.
- Ability to obtain or hold a food safety certification.
- Previous food service experience is preferred.
- Willingness to wear uniforms or use personal protective equipment as required.
