About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship position for Summer 2026. You will work on-site in Nashville, Tennessee. We welcome students pursuing degrees in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or Nutrition.
What you'll do#
- Prepare and build food items following standardized recipes.
- Store food properly according to safety standards.
- Set up, break down, and sanitize workstations including prep tables and service counters.
- Serve food to customers and replenish stock levels.
- Maintain a positive demeanor and provide excellent service to guests and co-workers.
- Adhere to company safety policies and ensure the security of assets.
What you'll need#
- Previous food service experience is preferred.
- Ability to obtain or hold a food safety certification.
- Strong guest service skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to wear uniforms or personal protective equipment as required.
