About the role#
As an HR Intern at Aramark, you will support our management team with daily administrative and clerical tasks. This role is a full-time, paid position based in Cincinnati, Ohio, with a rolling term. You will work on-site and assist with the smooth operation of our office environment.
What you'll do#
- Perform administrative duties such as distributing mail and ordering or stocking office supplies.
- Assist management with clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, payroll, and record maintenance.
- Greet customers, clients, and employees while answering inquiries or directing calls.
- Maintain office memos and informative postings.
- Operate office technology and software, including MS Office, scanners, and voicemail systems.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology.
- A solid understanding of Microsoft applications like Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in your work.
- Prior administrative experience is preferred.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions with your hands and arms frequently.
