About the role#
This internship provides professional experience within the Corporate Human Resources team. You will work alongside business leaders to attract, retain, and develop Hilton team members. The program runs for 10 weeks, from June 1, 2027, to August 6, 2027. This is a full-time, paid position.
What you'll do#
- Complete projects and participate in learning workshops.
- Build professional connections through networking and social events.
- Support your team by preparing reports, conducting research, and creating presentations.
- Develop new ideas and solutions to encourage innovation.
- Manage daily tasks using organizational and time management skills.
- Collaborate with your manager to deliver a final presentation on your internship experience.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a sophomore or junior in a post-secondary program, or less than one year of professional experience.
- Ability to work on-site in McLean, VA for the full 10-week, 40-hour-per-week program.
- Experience in a leadership role within your community or a student organization.
- Previous work or internship experience in hospitality or customer service.
- Proficiency in Excel, including the ability to organize, validate, and summarize large data sets.
- Experience with PowerPoint and the ability to present data clearly.
- Exposure to data visualization tools like Power BI is helpful.

- Compensation: $25.00 per hour plus a one-time $2,500.00 stipend.
