About the role#
This summer internship program offers professional experience within the Strategy, Insights, and Analytics team at Hilton. You will act as an internal consultant, using data and customer insights to guide business goals across various departments including Marketing, Digital, Revenue, and Sales. The program runs from June 1, 2027, to August 6, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Support your team by conducting research, analyzing data, and preparing reports and presentations.
- Take part in learning and development workshops and networking events.
- Contribute to new ideas and solutions to encourage innovation.
- Manage tasks and collaborate with team members using your organizational and communication skills.
- Present your project work and internship findings to your manager and team at the end of the program.
What you'll need#
- Sophomore or junior standing in a post-secondary program, or less than one year of professional experience.
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) on-site for the duration of the 10-week program.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and lookups.
- Previous experience using tools like Excel, SQL, or Python to analyze data and identify trends.
- Experience in a leadership role within a community or student organization.
- Past work or internship experience in hospitality or customer service.
Location & details#
- This is an on-site role based in either McLean, Virginia, or Dallas, Texas.
- Interns in McLean earn $25.00 per hour, and interns in Dallas earn $24.00 per hour.
- All interns receive a one-time $2,500 stipend.
