About the role#
The Leading Hotels of the World is looking for a part-time Quality Analytics Intern to join the Member Experience team. You will support our Quality program by applying analytical and critical-thinking skills to help the team make strategic decisions. This role involves working both independently and with team members across different departments globally.
What you'll do#
- Assist the Head of Quality with data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with the Head of Quality to improve existing quality resources for our member hotels.
- Provide ad-hoc support to the Quality and Member Success teams.
- Work cross-functionally with colleagues from around the world.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a college degree program in Hospitality, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong Excel skills including XLOOKUP, IF statements, PivotTables, and SUMIFS.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with senior leaders and General Managers.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning.
- Familiarity with Tableau or other data visualization tools is a plus.
Location & details#
- Location: New York, New York.
- Modality: Hybrid, with required in-office attendance on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
- Term: Fall 2026, running from mid-September through mid-December.
- Schedule: Part-time, two days per week.
- Compensation: $17.00 per hour.
- Note: This position does not offer visa sponsorship.
