About the role#
The Hilton corporate summer internship program provides professional experience within a global hospitality company. This role is part of the Marketing team, where you will support initiatives to increase customer acquisition and retention, generate engagement through multi-channel campaigns, and promote loyalty benefits. You will work on-site at our McLean, Virginia office from June 1, 2027, to August 6, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Engage in impactful projects and participate in learning and development workshops.
- Support your team by preparing reports, conducting research, and analyzing data.
- Encourage innovation by helping to develop new ideas and solutions.
- Use organizational, time management, and communication skills to manage tasks.
- Collaborate with your manager and team to deliver a final presentation on your experience.
What you'll need#
- Commitment to a full 10-week program, 40 hours per week, on-site in McLean, VA.
- Currently a sophomore or junior in a post-secondary education program.
- Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Design, User Experience, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in a leadership role within your community or a student-run organization.
- Exposure to tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Airtable, Jira, or AI.

- Term: Summer 2027 (June 1 to August 6).
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Compensation: $25.00 per hour plus a one-time $2,500.00 stipend.
