About the role#
As a Compliance Program Analyst Intern, you will explore how AI applies to compliance processes by working on a specific AI innovation project. This role offers exposure to various compliance functions and provides an opportunity to contribute to organizational goals.
What you'll do#
- Support the planning and execution of the AI innovation project through research and requirements gathering.
- Analyze data to find trends, identify control gaps, and spot process improvement opportunities.
- Assist with risk assessments, targeted monitoring, testing, issue management, and regulatory research.
- Collaborate on business-ready recommendations that include implementation plans, risks, controls, and success measures.
- Coordinate with team members and business partners to understand current practices.
- Present your findings and recommendations to Compliance leadership.
What you'll need#
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Preferred: At least one year of exposure to data analytics tools like Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Python.
- Preferred: An interest in AI, machine learning, automation, or financial services.
